Melendez Contracting has worked closely with First Fire Systems in providing building safety and technology solutions, such as fire alarm, public address, data and security systems. Together we have completed many public work projects, such as schools, colleges and government facilities, as well as jobs in the public sector.

At LA Harbor College, First Fire Systems contracted Melendez Contracting Inc., to install projectors and screens in their new classrooms.

Melendez Contracting installed all the fire alarm conduit for four of their schools in 2010.

Melendez Contracting Inc., has been there to provide KT Industries a helping hand on various projects when it comes to running new power lines and conduit. Together we have worked on such projects as Ball Corporation, The City of Burbank and Channel 7.

Melendez Contracting Inc., ran high power lines for five new substations for their facilities.

Melendez Contracting Inc., worked with KT Industries to remove and replace damaged underground power lines that were vital for their water systems.

Melendez Contracting Inc., was hired by American Technologies to rebuild one of Pac Foundries buildings that was burned down.
